Approval Criteria
Updated 10 May 2025- Minimum GST registration of applicant is 12 months.
- If applicant is non property owner1, max approval is $100,000
- If GST registration < 24 months, max approval is $250,000
- If GST registration > 24 months, max approval is $500,000
In order to apply we will require:

- Bank Statement Data connected via https://solarisfinance.com.au/bank-statement-365/ (included within application form).
1 No caveat is lodged on property. It is merely a metric to determine the borrowers creditworthiness.
