- Non-property owner: RBA Cash Rate + 14.70%
Fees
All fees (except for early payout) are added to finance amount. They are not payable upfront.
- Establishment Fee: 4.00% of limit
- Facility Fee: 1.95% p.a. paid monthly
- Early Payout Fees: 1.50% of facility limit
1 No caveat is lodged on property. It is merely a metric to determine the borrowers creditworthiness.
